These are the legally binding Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") that apply to all users of the X Wallet platform. X Wallet LLC, hereinafter referred to as "We," "Us," "Ourselves," or "Us." "X Wallet Platform" or "Platform" means this platform and the Services We offer, including the website located at "https://xwallet.one" or any other channels designated by Us for accessing or using the Services. We are registered and licensed in the United Arab Emirates. 1. Introduction

By accessing or using the X Wallet Platform, or by clicking the button to accept or agree to these Terms, if provided, you agree to the Terms and any other policies or documents accessible through the website https://xwallet.one/ or applications. Please read the Terms carefully and let us know if you have any questions by sending an email to _______________________. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other policies or documents, these Terms shall apply.

The following terms have the following meanings:

“X Wallet Platform” or “Platform” means the ecosystem consisting of the software and Services provided by X Wallet LLC, including the Telegram Mini app, the Telegram bot, the website https://xwallet.one/, and the infrastructure that enables transactions between fiat and cryptocurrencies through designated service providers (P2C transactions) or any other channels designated by Us for use or access to the Services. This also includes any other means that may become available to the User in the future for use or access to the Services.

“Digital Currency” means any virtual currency, cryptocurrency, or stablecoins.

“Supported Digital Currency” means only Digital Currencies listed as available for storage or transfer to the Omnibus Wallet. Services and supported currencies may vary by jurisdiction.

"Personal Wallet" means the internal ledger entries that distinguish your Supported Digital Currency from the currency of other Users, or individual wallet addresses, designated solely for your benefit. Any balance in your Personal Wallet represents your ownership of the Supported Digital Currency.

"Omnibus Wallet" means the shared blockchain addresses controlled by X Wallet LLC that function as an Omnibus account for Supported Digital Currency, collectively holding balances on behalf of multiple Users.

"Telegram Mini App" or "TMA" means an application within the Telegram platform that allows a User to access and use the X Wallet Platform and Services.

"Telegram Bot" means a specialized application on the Telegram platform, operated by X Wallet LLC, that facilitates User authorization and access to Services through the Telegram interface.

“User,” “You,” “Yours,” “Yourself,” or “Your” means any person who accesses or uses the X Wallet Platform or any of the Services.

“X Wallet Account” or “Account” means an account created and maintained within the X Wallet Platform that allows the User to access and use the Services and other related functionality, as defined in the Terms of Use or on the X Wallet Platform.

“Account History” means the electronic records of the User’s transactions and information related to the Supported Digital Currency stored in the Omnibus Wallet and Personal Wallet, and their equivalent value linked to fiat prices.

“Services” means the services provided by X Wallet LLC or third-party Service Providers on or through the X Wallet Platform, as set forth in the Terms of Use.

"Service Providers" are individuals who offer or provide their fiat payment services with a QR code to Users in exchange for Supported Digital Currency.

"Transaction" means any transfer, deposit, withdrawal, or other transaction involving Supported Digital Currency or fiat currency conducted through the Platform and in connection with an Account.

"Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the mandatory process conducted by X Wallet LLC, its affiliates, or third-party providers to verify the identity of users for regulatory compliance and to mitigate financial crimes such as fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

"Enhanced Verification" or "EDD" means additional identity verification or due diligence conducted by X Wallet LLC, its affiliates, or third-party providers to comply with applicable laws, mitigate the risks of financial crime, or verify your eligibility for certain Services or transaction limits. An EDD may include, without limitation, a request for additional documents, proof of the source of funds, or any other actions We deem necessary.

"Prohibited Jurisdictions" means any jurisdiction in which the provision, access, or use of the Platform or any of the Services is prohibited by applicable law or is subject to sanctions or embargoes by governments or international organizations.

"Prohibited Person" means any person who:

(a) is included on any sanctions list maintained by government agencies, including, without limitation, the United Nations, the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, or HM Treasury (a "Sanctioned Country");
(b) is located in, or is a citizen or resident of, a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or
(c) is otherwise restricted from using the Services in accordance with applicable law, Our Terms, or policies.

2. Access to the Platform and Registration

To be eligible to access and use the Platform or any of the Services, you must, prior to each use, confirm and warrant that you:

are a natural person at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority under the applicable laws of your country of residence;
are not a Prohibited Person or located in, a resident of, or a citizen of a country blacklisted by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF);
have provided a current and valid telephone number [and email address];
are not using software to circumvent any restrictions or use of the Platform or any Services;
are not engaging in Prohibited Activities and Transactions (see Section 4.1);
are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which any Services or Transactions in Supported Digital Currency are prohibited;
You understand that certain Services available through the Telegram Mini App or Telegram Bot may be unavailable if Telegram is blocked or restricted in your jurisdiction;
You have not previously had an Account that has been suspended or terminated.

By accessing or using the Platform or any of the Services, unless otherwise specified in the Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the conditions for accessing and using the Platform or any of the Services set forth in this section and agree to use the Platform or any of the Services in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. You authorize us to verify, from time to time, whether you meet all of the conditions for accessing and using the Platform or any of the Services by making inquiries or requesting proof at our sole discretion. If you no longer meet all the conditions for accessing and using the Platform or any of the Services, you must immediately notify us (see Section 11.1, "b") and cease using the Platform and any Services.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny access to the Platform to certain individuals, regardless of whether they meet all the conditions for accessing and using the Platform or any of the Services, and may change our terms for accessing and using the Platform or any of the Services at any time.

If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your Account or refuse to provide any Services.

You confirm that any Supported Digital Currencies used in the Services from an external wallet were legally acquired and are lawfully owned by you.

By accessing or using the Platform or any of the Services, you agree not to:

Violate or assist others to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or other legal requirements;
Intentionally attempt to defraud or assist in defrauding us, other Users, or Service Providers;
Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
Interfere with, intercept, or appropriate any portion of the Platform, data, or information;
Use the Platform in any way that could impair our ability to provide the Services;
Engage in any Transactions involving Prohibited Activities (see Section 4.1);
Transmit or upload any virus, worm, or other malicious software or programs;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, the Omnibus Wallet, other Users' Accounts, or any associated networks and systems;
Use the Account or Acting on behalf of any third party, whether as an agent, intermediary, or otherwise,
Allowing third parties to access or use your Account
Collecting any information about Platform Users, including, but not limited to, phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal information
Impersonating another person while using the Services
Abusing, harassing, or violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of us, Users, or third parties
Commercially exploiting the Platform in any way, including, but not limited to, selling, renting, leasing, or otherwise
Modifying, creating derivative works from, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling all or any portion of the Platform
Copying, reproducing, republishing, downloading, or transmitting any content from the Platform without our express permission
Using any part of the Platform or Services to develop a similar or competing product

X Wallet does not provide tax reporting services or process tax payments on behalf of Users. Each User is solely responsible for complying with applicable tax reporting and payment obligations under applicable law.

Account Identification and Telegram ID Change

Your access to the Platform and associated balances is linked to your Telegram ID, which serves as a unique identifier. If you delete your Telegram account and create a new one—even with the same username—your Telegram ID will change, and we will treat it as a new account, unrelated to the previous account.

If your Account was not linked to an email address, deleting your Telegram account will permanently lose access to your Account and funds. If your email address is linked, we can restore access even if your Telegram ID has changed.

X Wallet does not store user logins and cannot verify whether two Telegram accounts with different IDs belong to the same person. In such cases, access to previously deposited funds is not automatically restored.

If you claim to be the owner of a previously used account and wish to restore access to your funds, you must provide sufficient evidence of your ownership of that account, including (but not limited to):

screenshots showing the original account's Telegram ID;
payment receipts showing card, wallet, or account information;
confirmation of correspondence from the previous account;
other reasonable evidence confirming your ownership of the account.

We may assist in restoring access at our sole discretion, provided the evidence you provide is sufficient and verifiable.

3. Our Services

In connection with your X Wallet Account, we offer you the following Services:

1. Custodial Wallet Services

Our services support only certain types of Digital Currencies ("Supported Digital Currencies") presented to you on the Platform, including in our applications. You can access your Personal Wallet to store and transfer Supported Digital Currencies and track your Account History. You own the Supported Digital Currencies stored in your Personal Wallet.
We securely manage and retain control of your private keys to conduct transactions on your behalf. In accordance with our security protocols, we may require access to private keys or KYC/EDD information to authorize transfers of Supported Digital Currencies made in accordance with your instructions through the Platform.

2. Depositing and Withdrawing Digital Currencies

You can deposit and withdraw Supported Digital Currencies to or from an external wallet. We may require you to provide specific information about the Supported Digital Currencies you intend to deposit into your Personal Wallet account.

Note: If you attempt to fund your Personal Wallet with Digital Currencies not supported by the Platform, you assume all risks and are responsible for any losses you may incur.

We do not charge platform fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, when transferring supported digital currency from your Personal Wallet to an X Wallet, blockchain transaction fees and compliance fees (such as AML checks) may apply. These fees are currently approximately $2.75 per transaction ($2.50 for the blockchain + $0.25 for the AML check), but are subject to change.

Limits. We may set limits on the amount of Supported Digital Currencies you can deposit or withdraw, including minimum and maximum amounts per day, week, or month. Information about these limits will be available to you on the Platform, including in our applications, and we may inform you of them before accepting your deposit or withdrawal instructions.

3. Digital Currency Transfers

Once you have deposited Supported Digital Currencies from an external wallet, you may transfer them through the Platform to other Users and Service Providers.

Transfers of Supported Digital Currencies to Service Providers may include fees for the services they provide to you.

4. Using a Third-Party Service Provider to Conduct an Exchange

When you choose to sell Supported Digital Currencies for fiat currency through the Platform, you initiate a process that connects you to a third-party payment system capable of facilitating this exchange.

The Platform provides the technical infrastructure to facilitate the transfer of sold Supported Digital Currencies to a wallet linked to the payment system. This payment system is responsible for exchanging the Supported Digital Currencies for fiat currency and sending them to you.

Our role is to ensure a secure and efficient technical connection between your wallet and the payment system. We charge a fixed fee for each transaction. Specific fee amounts are displayed on the Platform. This fee covers the costs associated with maintaining the technical infrastructure required for these exchanges.

We reserve the right to reject any Transaction and will not be liable for any losses you in the following cases:

There are insufficient Supported Digital Currencies in your Omnibus Wallet and/or your Personal Wallet;
You have failed to provide us with the required information or documents for KYC or EDD;
We have reasonable grounds to suspect that your instruction was intended for illegal purposes, including, but not limited to, any Prohibited Activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal activity.

Under certain circumstances, if your Transaction was rejected, you may be required to undergo additional KYC/EDD verification before we can execute any new transaction instructions from you.

If we reject a deposit of Supported Digital Currencies into your Omnibus Wallet and/or your Personal Wallet, we will return them to the original external wallet. If a deposit is rejected for AML reasons, we reserve the right to return all supported digital currencies associated with your Account, including those deposited after the rejected transaction, to the external wallet address from which they were sent. You acknowledge and agree that such action may be taken if subsequent deposits are deemed suspect due to their connection to the original transaction that was compromised under AML.

Sending initial fees to our wallet:	$2.50 per transaction
Sending supported digital currencies to an initial external wallet:	Blockchain network transaction fee + AML fees + 10% of the transaction value + $0.75 fixed penalty

You agree to pay all fees incurred as a result of a rejected Transaction. Some fees may vary depending on the equivalent value of your Transaction in Supported Digital Currencies and U.S. Dollars (USD).

Note: Your wallet or third-party service may charge additional fees for certain transactions, in addition to those specified in these Terms.

You agree that We may, at our discretion, deduct any applicable fees and refund costs from:

the amount of Supported Digital Currencies refunded, or
your Omnibus Wallet and/or your Personal Wallet, if it contains sufficient Supported Digital Currencies.

You are solely responsible for verifying all Transaction details, including recipient information, wallet addresses, amounts, networks, and other relevant parameters.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This section describes the limitations of our warranties and obligations regarding the operation and functionality of the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

This section describes the limitations of liability of X Wallet LLC for potential damages related to, arising from, or in connection with the use of the Platform and Services.
